I know that in business survival mode the grass can look a
lot greener on the other side especially when there is a seemingly monthly
expense reduction. However, there are very few times in life that I’ve
gotten the same or more for less over the long haul. While the grass may
look greener it’s important to ask why does it look that way? Is it because
a lot of time and effort goes into keeping it green (fertilizing, thatching,
re-seeding) or is it because someone painted it green?
As a company we put a lot of time and effort into keeping
things ‘green’ and we would have liked the opportunity learn why you were
unhappy or dis-satisfied with our services so we could have either improved or
understood why you were heading in a different direction. We truly care
about our clients and want them to be as successful as they can be.
Is it because you havn't beene educated?
Is the salesperson on the other side of the fence can they backup their claims? How?
Does the grass look greener to you? Why?
