Client Services Specialist

About this Job...

  • Assist clients with website changes and other Internet marketing needs.
  • Creation and presentation of online marketing plans to clients.
  • Proactively make calls and send emails introducing ideas and suggestions to improve client sales.
  • Provide one on one and group product training to new and existing clients.
  • Be resourceful and committed to finding the best solution for each customer.

What we're Looking for...

  • Have a friendly demeanor and speak clearly.
  • Able to listen, understand what the client is saying, and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to focus and be productive in a home working environment.
  • Successfully manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time.
  • Excellent understanding of the Internet and marketing concepts.
  • General understanding of SEO and PPC stratagies.
  • Ability to create and write web content, articles, and advertisements.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills in handling challenging assignments.
  • Excellent typing skills.

Benefits and Compensation...

  • $40,000 to $45,000+ based on experience.

Web Developer

This is a real opportunity for a talented, self-motivated web app developer to work at home, make a great income, and join a team/company that is growing steadily and profitable.

InteractRV, an innovative web services provider to the recreational industry, is looking for an experienced website application programmer to join our team to help create progressive web applications and maintain existing apps.  You would be a key player continuing to maintain and extend our existing products as well as creating new products.

About this Opportunity …

  • Programming improvement support for existing front/back end web applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with front end and back end sites
  • Assist in development of technical requirements and maintain documentation
  • Architect and develop new web applications
  • Collaborate with other software engineers
  • Use Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2005/2008, IIS 7, and Rackspace 64bit servers
  • Use the latest, coolest, necessary programming tools and equipment to do your job
  • Work beginning to upgrade client site applications and supporting services using custom apps and Umbraco
  • Full-time salaried position with some flexibility
  • Support from design team members for graphic design, site layouts, and major styling (css)

What we’re Looking for…

    • Proficcient in Asp.net, C#, Javascript, CSS, AJAX, MS Sql Server, T-Sql, Web services
    • Familiar with JQuery, Subversion, CSLA, LINQ, Web server IIS 7, and MVC
    • Experience troubleshooting, writing, and optimizing complex sql/queries
    • Deep knowledge browser/device compatibility and cross-browser issues
    • Team player with at least 3 years of serious development experience with Microsoft technologies
    • Proven talent and attitude more important than advanced degree or certifications
    • A strong passion and hunger to keep up with new industry trends and standards
    • Desire and ability to learn new things and grow in architectural design and coding capabilities
    • Ability to manage your own schedule and be productive
